A tiny key chain figure from Kirara. It's very small, similar to a cellphone charm. I believe the figure is actually sold in a five figure set. The set contains other characters from Manga Time Kirara.

These were given away free at some comic cons to promote the book's release. It's a simple plastic pen. Pretty long with a cardboard images at the top.
